Built for driving schools
Your phone rings while
you’re teaching.
Rafi answers.
An AI receptionist that qualifies learners, checks your real calendar, books the lesson and texts the confirmation — in a normal conversation, 24 hours a day.
Built and run by a driving school owner. It answers our own line today.
Six hours a day, you physically cannot pick up.
You’re in the passenger seat with a learner doing their first three-point turn. The phone buzzes. You let it go — of course you do.
Mid-lesson
Every call during a lesson goes to voicemail. That’s most of your working day.
Evenings
Learners ring after work and at weekends — exactly when nobody is at a desk.
Next school
A learner who reaches voicemail doesn’t leave one. They call the next school on the list.
How a call goes
Step 1
A learner calls
Rafi picks up on the first ring — 9pm on a Sunday, or while you’re mid-lesson on the 401.
Step 2
It qualifies them
Do they have their G1? Complete beginner, or getting ready for the road test? Only the questions that change the answer.
Step 3
It checks your real calendar
Live availability from your own booking system, with your notice period, buffers and lesson length already applied.
Step 4
It books and texts
The lesson lands in your calendar. The learner gets a confirmation text. So do you.
A general answering service doesn’t know what a G1 is.
Rafi does one job, for one industry. That’s the difference between a bot that takes messages and something that actually fills your diary.
It speaks Ontario
G1, G2, road test, DriveTest. Never “DMV”, never “provisional licence”. Terminology is configured per market, not hardcoded.
It never makes anything up
Every price and every time comes from your system. If Rafi doesn’t know, it says so and takes a message — it will not invent a slot to sound helpful.
It respects your rules
Minimum notice, buffers between lessons, how far ahead you’ll book, your cancellation window. Set once, enforced on every call.
Meeting point or pickup
Fixed meeting point? It gives the address and won’t agree to collect anyone. Door-to-door? It asks where. Your call.
Manual, automatic, or both
If you only teach manual, it won’t ask a question that has one answer — and it won’t book someone expecting an automatic.
It hands over to you
Upset caller, or asked for a human twice? Rafi stops trying and transfers — or takes a message if you’re done for the day.
“I built this because I was losing bookings to my own voicemail. It runs on my school’s line every day — I’m not selling you something I wouldn’t trust with my own learners.”
Straight answers
It takes a message and texts you immediately with the caller’s name, number and what they wanted. It never guesses at an answer it doesn’t have.
Hear it handle a real booking
Fifteen minutes. I’ll show you Rafi taking a live call, and tell you honestly whether it’s worth it for a school your size.
